Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) - Data Collection
Every year we are required by the State of California to collect data from our families. This data helps to determine our Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) funding from the state. Please click here to read the letter from the Director of Strategic Planning for Student Achievement at San Diego Unified regarding the data collection. The LCFF online form is available on the Parent Portal, and NOT on the student’s portal. California Kids Investment and Development Savings Program (CalKIDS)
CalKIDS was created by the State of California to help more children have an opportunity to save for higher education. The program, administered by the ScholarShare Investment Board, will automatically provide newborns and eligible low-income public school children in California an initial seed deposit, plus other possible financial incentives so that they can start saving money for college. Students who are graduating from high school may be eligible to use this benefit immediately upon enrollment at an institution of higher education. For more information about this program and benefits for students who may qualify please visit:https://calkids.org/
